Easy & Simple Liver Flush Recipe

By Jordan Blaikie The Liver Flush Man

                          Home Liver Flush Ingredients:
                          1) 1 Cup - Organic cold pressed olive oil
                          2) 1 Cup - Organic lemon juice
                          3) 100-500 mg of niacin B3
                          4) 1-2 Table spoons organic coffee
                          5) Enema kit (bulb/bucket/bag)

Preparation for a liver flush? Eat organic fresh fruits and vegetables for 1-4 weeks. Drink plenty of water and include lots of apples, apple juice and or apple cider vinegar in your diet, apples contain malic acid which breaks down and dissolves liver and or gallbladder stones. Soak and sprout your grains, legumes, seeds and nuts for optimal life force and enzyme value. You can buy or make mana bread which is a sprouted and dehydrated bread perfect for the liver cleansing diet leading to your liver flush. Most health food stores sell mana bread, if you have a dehydrator you can make your own. Include liver cleansing herbs such as dandelion, milk thistle and burdock for liver support, these three herbs are the most beneficial and widely used herbs for cleansing, restoring, rejuvenating and protecting the liver. Foods that cleanse the liver are organic fresh raw fruits and vegetables specially ones found in the colors yellow, orange, red, purple and green. During the last few days of your 1-4 weeks or raw food, blend your fruits and veggies into liquid form either as a breakfast fruit smoothie or vegetable lunch and dinner raw soup.  Don't cook the soup above boiling or it will kill the natural enzymes that support  healthy liver function. This liquid diet will insure the liver is empty for the flush day and also give the digestive system a break. This whole cleanse can be done at home and all the ingredients can be found easily.

Simple Easy Home Liver Flush Tip
It doesn't really matter when you take the niacin or do the coffee enema. What matters is that you do it. You can take the niacin before drinking the olive oil lemon juice mixture or after. The same goes with the coffee enema. As long as you take these two ingredients with in an hour or so before or after drinking the olive oil lemon juice mixture it will work fine.

Drinking the olive oil and lemon juice drink can be done separately by alternating sips back and forth or by mixing them together like a smoothie. Some people have a hard time stomaching the oil. Drinking olive oil causes the liver to contract and squeeze pushing toxic liver stones and or gallstones out of the liver and gallbladder into the intestines where they will be eliminated from the body through the bowels. This process is called "olive oil pulling". Use organic olive oil it is easier to get down and stay down. Niacin is vitamin B3 and increases the blood circulation in the body. It is not safe for people on blood thinners nor people with Gilbert's, syndrome. It is best to consult your doctor before attempting a liver flush, let him or her know the ingredients of the liver flush you plan to do.  If you have liver problems like liver pain, liver disease symptoms, liver cancer symptoms, liver disease  or liver cancer your doctor can perform liver tests to see if the liver flush is right for you. Most modern medical doctors don't recommend the liver flush as an alternative to liver and gall bladder surgery or pharmaceutical drugs, you may need to seek out an alternative doctor that is more educated on liver flushing and liver cleansing protocols.

Niacin is sold in health food stores, people can have allergic reactions to niacin but it is not common. Some liver flush protocols use epsom salt instead of niacin, some people are allergic to epsom salt to. It is best to take a small dose at first and see if you experience any reactions. In most cases the reactions are not serious and don't have much danger associated with it, but consult your doctor if you are on prescribed medications. Niacin is vitamin B3 and is found in many fruits and vegetables. I have experimented with taking large doses of niacin (1000-3000mg) and did not have any noticeable side effects. Niacin causes most people to flush red and get itchy skin for a few minutes after taking it. This is completely normal and is caused by the increase of blood circulation. Lack of niacin in the body brings on the flush. When you have the proper amounts of niacin in your body you will tend to get less red and itchy even with larger doses. There is a flush and no flush version the difference being that one you flush and one you don't. They both work, it's a personal preference. The purpose of taking niacin for the liver flush is to dilate the hepatic, cystic and common bile duct so liver stones and gallstone can pass easily with out resistance. Taking niacin is a safety precaution so stones don't get stuck in the bile ducts. In the event that a stone(s) get stuck in the bile ducts you will experience sharp pain. If the stone(s) doesn't make it's way the pain may be to great and you may need emergency surgery. Having epsom salt near by may be the answer to dislodging the stuck stone(s) because epsom salt relaxes the bile duct which when used in combination with the niacin a bile duct dilator the results of dilation and relaxing of the bile ducts may cause the stone(s) to pass. Stones getting stuck in the hepatic biliary system is rare the benefits of liver flushing far out weighs the risks of stones getting stuck. When you drive your car there is always a chance that you could get in an accident but that doesn't stop most people from driving. There are no statistics on the risk factors of stones getting stuck but let me reassure you the risks are minute.

The coffee enema is another safety measure it also dilates the bile ducts as well as stimulate the liver to go into detox mode. The coffee enema is very important in the liver flush protocol. The coffee enema has been used to detox the body and liver for hundreds of years. It has been a widely used method of cleansing the body and is considered safe. To do a coffee enema you make 8-32 oz room temp organic coffee in the same proportion as if you were going to make it to drink. Use an enema bulb/bag/bottle to squirt the coffee up your a$$ and into your colon. It can be uncomfortable at first but don't skip this step your flush won't be nearly as effective. While performing your coffee enema lay down on the floor on your right side and insert the enema tip into your rectum this will help the coffee to go into the right part of your colon. Once all the coffee is in you can lay on your back and massage the coffee around and hold it for 5-15 min. Most people don't have a problem holding it in for this long, the more you do it the better you get. With practice you can even hold it in for longer even while standing up and walking around although this is not necessary. After you have held the coffee for 5-15 minutes release it into the toilet. You are now done and will hopefully see small 1 mm -1 inch yellow/green/brown stones the in your stools the next time you have a bowel movement. You will feel happier, healthier, lighter, less toxic and glad you did it. It may take dozens more flushes before you stop getting stones out. It is suggested to do 1-10 flushes per year depending on your state of health. There are people who have done over +100 flushes in a two year period and still get stones out. The benefits of liver flushing include improved digestion, bile flow, eye sight, skin, nails, hair growth, blood purity, weight control, focus, concentration, motivation, organization, liver function, gallbladder function, heart function, kidney function, immunity, happiness, positivity, energy and over feelings of well being. Liver flushing can cause other ailments and health conditions to go away. The liver is about health, happiness and longevity. Happy Liver Flushing!

                          Intermediate Liver Flush Recipe
Use Of Castor Oil Pack Compress

Liver Flush Recipe - by The Liver Flush Man
by Jordan Blaikie The Liver Flush Man

The intermediate liver flush recipe is the same as the easy simple home liver flush recipe with the addition of using a castor oil pack compress made at home. Castor oil packs soften and break up stones as well as help detox the liver. Castor oil has been used for healing the body of many health conditions. It is safe an easy to use.

                          Castor Oil Pack Compress Ingredients
                          1) Castor oil
                          2) 4"x4" cotton cloth
                          3) Saran Wrap
                          4) Hot Water Bottle

How to make a castor oil pack?
Place castor oil on a 4"x 4" cloth until it is soaked in castor oil, then place the cloth over your liver located directly over the right rib cage. Then wrap saran wrap around the cloth and your body to hold the cloth in place and to create a barrier so castor oil will not get everywhere. You will also want to use an old shirt so you don't get castor oil on your good clothes. After you have wrapped the castor oil soaked cloth to your liver boil some water and fill your hot water bottle and place it over your castor compress you just made. The heat from the hot water bottle helps the liver to absorb the castor oil into the skin and stimulate the liver to detox as well as soften and break up your stones. People can pass liver/gallbladder stones with just castor packs alone. It is recommended to use the castor pack in combination with the simple liver flush. Do a cator oil pack once-twice a day for 3-7 days before flush day. One hr per session is recommended for best results.

                          The Advanced Liver Flush Recipe
                          Ortho-Phosphoric Acid (Phosphoric Acid) & Oxy-Mag

Liver Flush Recipe - by The Liver Flush Man
by Jordan Blaikie The Liver Flush Man

The advanced liver flush recipe is the same as the intermediate recipe above with the addition of orthophosphoric acid and OXY-MAG. These two liver flush products can be useful all though they are not needed to have a successful flush.

                          What is orthophosphoric acid?

Orthophosphoric acid also known as phosphoric acid, orthophos, ultraphos and phosphoric (V) acid. It is a mineral (inorganic) acid having the chemical formula H3PO4.

What is orthophosphoric acid used for in the liver flush?
Orthophosphoric acid is used to soften, break up and dissolve liver and gallbladder stones. Use 30 drops per day in a glass of water. Take orthophos (ultra-phos) for 1-4 weeks leading up to your liver flush.

                          What is OXY-MAG?

OXY-MAG is oxygenated magnesium and acts as a scrub brush to the liver, it is a white powder that you add to your drinking water. Oxygen is a nutrient, the single greatest demanded by the body. Magnesium is also required by the body in over 10% of all known enzymatic reactions. OXY-MAG is an excellent way of supplementing the diet with these nutrients.

                          What is OXY-MAG used for?
OXY-MAG is used as a laxative to move the bowels without the bowel-weakening effects of most laxatives. OXY-MAG also softens the stools and facilitates the elimination of toxicity through the bowel. The oxygen released by OXY-MAG is called nascent oxygen, nascent oxygen is oxygen in its most chemically active and available state, and that is the only state of oxygen the body uses.

                          OXY-MAG (Directions)
Stir half a teaspoon OXY-MAG into 6-8 oz of pure water and drink between meals. Follow with a glass of citrus juice (lemon/grapefruit) or 500 mg of absorbic acid with an additional 6 oz water to dissolve powder and release the beneficial gases.
